DevimGPS is a precision acceleration timer built for iOS. Whether you're measuring a 0–100 km/h sprint, a rolling 80–120, or any custom interval you define, the app uses your iPhone's GPS to deliver accurate, repeatable results.
Beyond timing a single run, DevimGPS doubles as a full-featured GPS speedometer with live altitude, slope, and horizontal accuracy readouts. Every run is stored locally, so you can revisit, compare, and analyse your history at any time.
Features
Measure any speed interval — 0–100, 0–200, or fully custom lower and upper targets. Auto-completes when the upper speed is reached, with timeout handling and optional manual save for incomplete runs.
Real-time speed display with current altitude, GPS signal status, horizontal accuracy, and slope. Always know the quality of your data before you start a run.
A dedicated 0-x mode uses Core Motion calibration to detect the exact moment the vehicle launches, eliminating reaction-time error from standing-start measurements.
Every saved run includes a speed graph, recalculated arbitrary speed intervals, 10-unit split breakdowns, distance, altitude gain, slope, and slope-corrected time when grade is within acceptable limits.
Live trip page tracks average speed, total distance, elapsed time, and altitude delta with pause, resume, and reset controls — useful beyond the drag strip.
All runs are saved locally via Core Data. Browse your history, delete individual records, and drill into per-run detail pages at any time — no account or cloud sync required.
Configurable voice announcements call out when you cross selected speed thresholds, so you can keep your eyes on the road while a run is in progress.
